Immersive Virtual Experience for Pharmaceutical Company

The Problem

These companies needed an innovative way to educate and engage their employees on the latest digital trends and Web3 technologies. They wanted an experience that was not only informative but also highly engaging and interactive, allowing participants to understand and utilize these technologies effectively.

Our Solution

We designed a comprehensive, multi-stage virtual experience that included a live conference, a personalized virtual world exploration, and collaborative sessions in a virtual workroom. This approach ensured that participants not only learned about Web3 but also experienced its applications firsthand.

The Approach

1. Introduction Conference

We began with a 15-minute live conference to introduce the basics of Web3, including its history, key characteristics such as decentralization and asset portability, and its applications in the healthcare sector. This session set the stage for the immersive experience by providing essential background knowledge.

2. Virtual World Exploration

Participants were then onboarded into a customized virtual environment in the metaverse Spatial. This 35-minute session included 15 minutes of onboarding and 20 minutes of exploring the virtual space. Employees could move around, interact with each other, and familiarize themselves with the environment. We created a bespoke virtual space, such as a virtual Takeda garden, which could be reused for future events and further personalized as needed.

3. Collaborative Work in the Metaverse

In a 30-minute session, participants engaged in collaborative work in groups of four within the virtual workroom platform. They personalized their avatars, learned to use collaborative tools, and interacted with other participants, simulating real-world work scenarios.
